On December 3rd, CMO had a movie screening, showing “The Sound of Music.” Because it was held during the reading period and had a short gap from the last CMO event of the quarter, we didn’t expect much people to show up to the event. However, a quite number of people showed up to the movie screening, making all of the CMO board members glad.
Watching the famous musical that many of us had watched since young, we were relieved from the stress that came from the approaching finals week, at least for a while. Hopefully, the beautiful and carefree music from “The Sound of Music” and the delicious pies helped all of us to cheer up.
I hope we will have more people showing up for the movie night next quarter! Watching movies with good music while having savory snacks is honestly exciting. So if you are reading this and if you haven’t been to any of our movie nights before, show up to the next movie night!
